LANGITKCH QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS RELEASED

KUCHING: The Malaysian Institute of Architects, Sarawak Chapter (PAMSC), has released answers to queries submitted for the Langit architectural competition.
The nationwide competition attracted well over 100 registrations. The majority were architects from peninsula Malaysia. Over 30 architectural firms from Sarawak registered.
Queries submitted ranged from state planning guidelines to building use.
PAMSC formulated the answer with input from the competition promoter and landowner Hock Seng Lee-Next Phase.
Langit is the proposed name for a commercial high-rise in the Kuching city centre. The developer intends to build a commercial high-rise, which can be mixed-use.
This architectural competition is the first ever in Sarawak organised by PAMSC with a developer.
