Role Description
This is a unique opportunity to join our Property team during an exciting time of growth. You will lead and manage the property sales and leasing of property developments including commercial centers and shopping malls. Your primary focus will be overseeing the overall leasing process and activities of the malls, from identifying prospective retailers or tenants, to negotiating and securing of deals/tenancies. You will also play a pivotal role in developing and executing clear integrated marketing and sales strategies for the company’s various property development projects.
Role Accountabilities & Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager for Property Sales and Leasing, your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include:

Conducting presentations and site visits for prospective tenants in order to promote the shopping center / mall as a unique retail destination. Effectively articulate the features and benefits of the properties to potential merchants, brokerage firms and financial lenders through presentations, meetings and tours of the property.

Effectively manage tenant relations by hearing out their issues, ideas and working collaboratively to find solutions and resolve problems. Continuously maintaining good networks and strong, active relationships with the shopping mall, retail and brokerage community.

Providing leadership support and collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team on marketing initiatives, planning and execution of campaigns, road shows and events of the various property development projects.
