PROJECT DIRECTOR – Pan Borneo Highway, Sibu and Julau sections. The project is valued at over RM1.6bil.

  • Qualification: Civil / Structural Engineering or Quantity Surveying Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years experience with major construction firms. Worked on engineering highways and earthwork projects involving bridges flyovers and others.
  • Job description: Advanced technical and contractual knowledge. Ability to direct construction managers, engineers, QS, site staff and deal with external consultants. The project director is responsible for prompt delivery.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR – Kuching / Sibu

  • Qualification: Quantity Surveying / Building Diploma.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience. Familiar with tenders, variation orders and sub-contract administrative works.

 

PROPERTY LEASING CONSULTANT – Kuching

  • Qualification: Minimum STPM or Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing.
  • Experience: 2 years working experience. Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay. Proficiency in local dialects is an advantage. Ability to deliver attractive presentations.

 

PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANT – Kuching

  • Qualification: STPM or Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing.
  • Experience: 2 years working experience. Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay. Proficiency in local dialects is an advantage.

 

SECURITY GUARD – Kuching 

  • Qualification: PMR / SPM
  • Experience: 2 / 3 years working experience. Able to work shift hours, weekends and on public holidays. Good health, working attitude and always punctual. Retired army or police officers are encouraged to apply.

 

SECRETARY / PERSONAL ASSISTANT – Kuching

  • Qualification: Minimum SPM with working experience in similar capacity.
  • Highly committed, independent and efficient with good written and communication skills in English, Mandarin and BM.
  • Pleasant personality, confident phone manner, lots of initiative, good computer and organisational skills.

 

INSURANCE EXECUTIVE / MANAGER – Kuching

  • Qualification: Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Preferably 3-5 years experience in insurance industry.
  • Proficient in BM, English and Mandarin.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Kuching

  • Qualification: Minimum SPM/STPM.
  • Experience: 2-3 years experience in office administrative works.
