Precinct Luxe extends open day due to popular demand

KUCHING (Thursday): Members of the public who missed Hock Seng Lee Construction Sdn Bhd (HSL)’s open day last weekend can still visit its Sales Gallery this weekend, 23-24 November, as the group has extended their event for another week due to popular demands.

“Our open day last weekend was very well received as many visitors who wish to take advantage of the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2019 and enjoy stamp duty exemptions have placed their bookings with us for Precinct Luxe,” senior property development manager Tay Chiok Kee said.

Rolled out in March, the HOC is aimed to raise awareness of the stamp duty incentives and increase home ownership among Malaysians. The campaign has since been extended to 31 December 2019.

‘With the extension of HOC till end of this year, this allows additional time for potential house buyers who are still looking at buying homes priced within RM1 million to act. They are encouraged to consider our Precinct Luxe, a luxurious yet affordable super-linked houses located at our 200-acre flagship mixed development La Promenade as it falls within the HOC price bracket.

‘Located strategically near Stutong, BDC and Tabuan area, the entire township boasts a verdant of parks and lush greens complete with charming pine trees along the boulevard that offer a lovely place for people to appreciate nature. Visitors are often amazed by how eco-friendly our development is at La Promenade,” Tay explained.

Slated for expansion over the next 10 to 15 years, La Promenade is a high-end mixed development with a gross development value (GDV) of RM2bil. It comprises of landed residences as well as innovative components such as shopping mall, commercial centres and other amenities.

“These 112 homes at Precinct Luxe are designed to incorporate the best of luxury condominiums with advantages of conventional houses because the precinct comes with a range of clubhouse facilities such as a salt-water swimming pool, a gymnasium and a children’s playground. Based on what we observed last weekend, many families with children were especially impressed by these communal amenities found within the safe compound of the neighbourhood.

“It also features a comprehensive two-tier gated security supported by state-of-the-art intercom and anti-burglary systems to ensure the safety of our residents at all time,” Tay said.

Designed by renowned architect and director of Design Network Architects, William Khoo, Precinct Luxe has won numerous awards for its unique architectural features and generous communal facilities – something which is rarely seen in the residential estates in Sarawak.

‘In order to encourage home buyers to utilize the HOC before it ends, we’re currently offering attractive promotion packages that include free built-in furniture, lighting, curtains, rebates, RM8,888 move-in cash and more. This weekend will see the last of our promotion that can support buyers’ application for the HOC so don’t miss this golden opportunity to save more!” Tay said.

Members of the public are urged to visit its sales gallery at La Promenade this weekend from 9am to 5pm. Visitors are also welcome to go on our buggy guided tours where they can view the new sample unit and clubhouse at Precinct Luxe.
