HSL invites public to visit its sales gallery at La Promenade

KUCHING (Friday): Hock Seng Lee Construction Sdn Bhd (HSL) is inviting the public to visit its sales gallery this Gawai and Hari Raya festive holidays to learn more about the company’s newly launched Precinct Grande at La Promenade.

According to HSL’s Senior Property Development Manager, Tay Chiok Kee, Precinct Grande is currently one of the most talked-about property developments in Sarawak.

“Precinct Grande is HSL’s third offering at La Promenade and it is our biggest and most exclusive product yet. We have very limited units of 3-storey bungalows and duplexes offered for sale at the moment and so far, there has been great interest generated from the launching event a couple of weeks ago. For those who missed the event, do not fret. Our sales gallery will remain open during the Gawai and Hari Raya holidays to welcome inquiries,” Tay said.

Located within HSL’s flagship mixed development along the Kuching-Samarahan Expressway, Precinct Grande features a total of 17 superior bungalows and 76 innovative duplexes of various designs and sizes.

HSL has previously launched two other residential precincts within La Promenade and both have been very popular among home buyers and property investors.

The first precinct known as Precinct Premiere consists of bungalows, duplexes and quadruplexes while Precinct Luxe offers double-storey super-link houses with exclusive clubhouse facilities.

“While these high-end homes are set in similar themed scenic landscapes and lush foliage at La Promenade, each precinct is still uniquely positioned to offer something different for its residents. Three teams of celebrated architects were handpicked by HSL to put together a variety of luxurious home designs that will appeal to those who are looking for a more affluent lifestyle in Kuching,” Tay added.

David Ong Architect, one of Sarawak’s best known specialist design firms commissioned to design of the duplexes is also responsible for the multiple stretches of linear parks.

“In other countries and urban cities, linear parks are gaining popularity. At HSL, we believe in going above and beyond just providing green spaces for the neighbourhood. Residents at Precinct Grande will now be able to utilise these creative playscapes and linear parks designed to provide recreational opportunities and encourage community interactions.

“The lush gardens are not just pleasant to look at but also purposeful. The Norfolk pine trees that line the entrance leading to the development are already drawing great attention from the public especially avid photographers. We have seen many couples taking their wedding photographs there at La Promenade due to its picturesque landscape,” Tay said.

With a gross development value of more than RM2billion, La Promenade is slated for development in phases over the next 10 to 15 years.

Besides the landed residences, the development masterplan comprises other innovative components such as shopping mall, commercial centres and other amenities.

It has won recognition in the industry with numerous awards such as the Malaysia Landscape Architecture awards and the SHEDA Excellence awards for its exceptional master planning and landscape design.

HSL will also be launching its first addition of a commercial project in the estate – a retail and service mall called La Promenade Mall with an attached office tower called HSL Tower, by the end of this year.

The building is aiming for a Green Building Index (GBI) certification and it will be the first privately-built office in Sarawak to be GBI rated, and the eighth GBI building in the state.
