Remarks :
1. Basic Earnings per Share of 2.81 sen for the three months period ended 30 September 2009 has been computed based on the weighted average number of ordinary shares of 549,544,900 shares after taking into account Shares purchased back of 72,000 shares during the quarter by the Company.

2. Net Assets per Share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent of RM0.51 as at 30 September 2009 has been computed based on 549,496,900 ordinary shares after taking into account Shares purchased back of 33,179,100 shares by the Company.
